Attending the Reliable Plant Conference & Exhibition from outside the United States requires advance planning and preparation. This guide provides clear, step-by-step instructions to help you navigate the visa process and travel requirements for entering the United States for our conference taking place June 15 -18, 2026 in Reno-Tahoe, Nevada.
Overview: Plan Early for U.S. Travel
Important: Advance travel planning and early visa application are important U.S. Department of State, as visa processing times vary significantly by country and time of year. We recommend beginning your visa application process as soon as you register for the conference. Ideally 3-4 months before your planned travel date in June 2026. Step 1: Determine If You Need a Visa. Check the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).
Citizens of certain countries may travel to the United States without a visa through the Visa Waiver Program. The VWP enables most citizens or nationals of participating countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa U.S. Department of State.
If your country is on the VWP list, you do not need a visa, but you must:
- Possess an electronic passport (e-Passport) with an embedded biometric chip

How to Request Your Visa Invitation Letter
- During Registration: You can request a Visa Invitation Letter when you register for Reliable Plant 2026
- After Registration: Email our Event Manager at registrations@noria.com.
Delivery Method: The Visa Invitation Letter will be emailed to you as a PDF document after your registration is complete and payment has been received in full. Original letters cannot be mailed via Post, DHL, or Airmail.
Important Notes About Visa Invitation Letters
- Reliable Plant Conference provides the letter as documentation only. Under no circumstance will we provide a Visa Invitation Letter to anyone who has not registered and paid in full.
- The Visa Invitation Letter does not financially obligate Noria Corporation in any way. All travel expenses, accommodations, and conference costs are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
- Noria is not authorized to assist with the visa application process beyond providing the Visa Invitation Letter. We cannot influence visa decisions or intervene in visa denials.
