Official contest rules

Who can enter

The contest is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age and older, All-Access Delegate, Speakers (not exhibiting), Conference Delegate, and Qualified End User registrants of the Reliable Plant 2024 Conference and Exhibition. Multiple entries are allowed per eligible attendee, but only one prize may be won by that attendee. Employees, officers, agents, or representatives of Noria Corporation, and all Reliable Plant 2024 exhibiting companies, including their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and contractors, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to win.

How to enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries must be made using the digital Giveaway Game Card found within the offical conference mobile app, “Reliable Plant 2024”. Eligible participants will be entered in the drawings by signing in to the conference app with their conference registration email address, completing a virtual game card, and electronically submitting the game card from the conference app. A smart phone device capable of downloading and installing the conference app with a reliable internet connection during the conference hours of operation is required to participate. To be complete, the digital game card must have virtual stamps from ALL participating sponsors listed on the virtual game card in the app. Virtual stamps are obtained by visiting the sponsors’ booths on the exhibition floor and scanning the sponsor’s game QR code via the app or manually entering the code into the app. Sponsoring exhibitors may require entrants to experience sales presentations as a prerequisite to obtaining a virtual stamp. After all virtual stamps are collected from the sponsors an entry into the drawing will be electronically submitted, provided the mobile device is connected to the internet. Additional entries into the drawing can be obtained by evaluating 15 presentations (keynotes, workshops, talks, and learning sessions) from within the conference app, attending 3 events during the show and scanning the designated game QR codes at those events, and entering secret codes found throughout the show. The number of entries and current progress towards the entries are tracked and shown in the app as colored rings. Additional entries will only be recognized after the initial entry for visiting the sponsors. Names and the number of entries for each will be exported from the system at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2024, for participation in the prize drawings. All times are local times in Chicago, Illinois. Noria is not responsible for data charges incurred from your use of the app to participate in the game or lost digital entries or internet connection issues preventing the conference app from submitting the digital entries or other software errors. Entries that are incomplete, late, or tampered with will be deemed void. Noria reserves the right to cancel or modify the game if the administration of the game becomes corrupted in any manner. All entries become the property of Noria and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and understand that the results are final in all respects. By participating, entrants also agree to release and hold Noria harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the game or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. The winners will be selected by a random drawing of all valid entries received by the stated deadlines. Prize winners must be present to win. Prize winners who have earned multiple entries into the drawing will have all additional entries removed from the drawing once their name has been announced. Winning entrants must claim the prize within 30 seconds of the drawing, or an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing from the remaining entries. Once an alternate drawing is completed, all claims of any previously announced winners are foreclosed. The winners may not assign or alter the prize. By participating in the game, the winners grant permission to use their name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions without additional compensation. The winners are responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. This game is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Noria Corporation is responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of these official rules. All decisions concerning the contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner will be made by Noria, whose decisions shall be final.
